Hazem Moghazi

Hazem Moghazi is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Aman Financial Services and Aman for Microfinance, a position he has held since 2017. With a vision to promote financial inclusion in Egypt, he has built a wide network offering diverse financial solutions, from installments to microloans and e-payments. Prior to his current role, Moghazi held various positions within Raya Holding, including Retail Senior Director, IT and Logistics Director, and IT Administrator. He brings a wealth of experience in retail management, IT, and logistics, with a track record of driving business growth and innovation. Moghazi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University, and has completed advanced management programs at European Management Center and Harvard Business School.
