Hazem Abdelhady is the Chief Human Resources and Corporate Services Officer at Raya Holding. With a career spanning two decades, he has demonstrated expertise in shaping organizations and building high-performing teams. His experience encompasses diverse sectors including banking and hospitality across Egypt and Africa. Since joining Raya in 2012, Abdelhady has played a pivotal role in driving dynamic business results. Prior to his current role, he led Human Resources modernization initiatives at the Central Bank of Egypt and The United Bank. Abdelhady’s educational background includes a Doctoral degree in Business Administration from Toulouse Business School, France, a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management.
